Paulette Bennett, CTS, CIR, CDR
(252) 955-1011
Summary
I have been in the field of Human Resources for 15 years. I specialized in recruiting, sourcing, training, conversational social media, recruitment process outsourcing, and have lead teams of more than 40 recruiters. I’m experienced in directing workflow, internal processes, reporting, and metrics. I have been successful in sourcing and recruiting high volume projects and hard to fill positions, most recently, placing more than 1000 candidates in 90 days, and submitting more than 500 specialized engineers to a fortune 500 engineering firm over a three month period of time.
I am an expert in developing creative sourcing strategies while reducing dependencies on high cost job boards, utilizing the most advanced e-recruiting methodologies including Boolean searching, social networking, sourcing the top 10% of passive candidates through targeted competitor cold calling, talent technology, review and implementation of centralized/de-centralized recruiting models, establishing recruiting as a revenue generating business unit, full life-cycle recruiting, designing training and implementing recruiting programs for entry level to senior level recruiters, implementing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to align with business strategies, and working with managers to develop hiring objectives and profiles.
Endorsements
“I worked with Paulette for two years while in a joint venture with Headway Corporate Resources. Paulette is a highly skilled, creative recruiter with a top tier work ethic. She accomplishes complex tasks on time and with enthusiasm. She is also an excellent trainer. Paulette is the sort of person with whom you want to work when the going gets difficult because she is utterly reliable. In addition to her work ethic, Paulette brings a wonderful sense of humor to the workplace. These go together hand in hand to make the experience of working with her unusually positive.” Peter C. Johnson, MD, EVP, CBO Entegrion. Plastic Surgeon and thrombosis biologist.
“I met Paulette for the first time when I took a business trip to her office. After talking to her for less than 30 minutes, the light went on and I realized that she GOT it. She was far ahead of everyone else in her analytical abilities, and how she used the Internet to locate and reach “unreachable” candidates. She was connecting the dots through threads that were invisible to the average recruiter. From that point forward, I considered her a great and unique resource in our shared goals for the firm’s global recruitment. Paulette is a visionary in the staffing and recruiting field. Not only is she a talented business person, she is also an innovator and a fun person.” John Fraissinet, VP and Director, Information Technology Office, Headway Corporate Resources.
