Uploading Your Facebook Connections into Yahoo!
If you are a recruiter and you use your Facebook community for recruiting purposes, you should know that you can easily upload all of your friend’s e-mail addresses into Yahoo!. Here’s how you do it:
1. You need a Yahoo! e-mail account (free and easy to sign up).
2. Log in and navigate your way to the e-mail section. Once there click on the “contacts” link.
3. Click on the “options” link, then click on the “import contacts” link.
4. On the next screen, click on the “tools” link, then click on the “import” link.
5. After the screen changes, click on the “Facebook” icon and enter your information if requested.
6. Click the “done” button.
7. At this point your Facebook contacts should be showing in the “view all contacts” column.

Very interesting, I never new about this little trick. You also have written it in a way that some one who is not very technical when it comes to the internet will understand.
